Rizal Library Wins INASP Photography Competition

The International Network for the Availability of Scientific
Publications (INASP) recently held a photography contest with the
theme, "Bringing Libraries to Life." The purpose of the competition,
according to the contest website, is to allow librarians to summarize
their advocacy and outreach work. The USD 300 prize money can be used
on any advocacy work the winning libraries plan for the current year.
The Rizal Library was announced as one of the winners of the said competition. The photographs were taken by Ms Marites Falcon. Other winning entries were from libraries in Honduras, Kenya, Malawi, Moldova, Mongolia, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Uganda, and two others from the Philippines.
