The Microform Reading Center is located at the second floor of the southeast wing of the Rizal Library Main Building. The center has custody of and services the Library's general microform collection which are heavily used throughout the year or have been requested for service. If the material required is not at the MRC a request could be made through the MRC staff.

Mission

In conformity with the Rizal Library's mission, the Microform Reading Center furnish the knowledge required to see the future by providing the resources to see through the past. The MRC houses and provides access to the rich historical and social-cultural documentary heritage of the country, such as copies of archival materials or rare/ valuable materials like a facsimile of a 15th century monographs to early 19th century documents on Philippine history and back issues of newspapers, selective journals and magazines. Microforms have made many rare and primary materials readily available to a vast number of researchers.

Monday-Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Announcement on special library service schedules are posted in advance at the library entrance, bulletin boards, & helpdesk.
